The conductometric investigation of 2-chlorophenylthiocarbamidophenol (CTCP) or L3 have been studied at different concentration at 60% ethanol-water mixture at different temperatures G,k,μ values are determined. The thermodynamic parameters ΔH, ΔG and ΔS for the ion pair formation determine from the value of ion association constant at constant temperature. This measurement revealed that solvent-solvent, solute-solvent and solute-solute interaction and the effects of various substituents.Keywords

Recently in this laboratory a novel series of 4-amino-5-substituted thiocarbamido-N-[2-(diethylamino)ethyl]-o-anisamides was successfully synthesized by the interactions of 4-amino-5-chloro-N-[2-(diethylamino)ethyl]-o-anisamide with various thioureas in isopropanol, acetone medium. The structural determination and justification of the synthesized compounds were done on the basis of chemical characteristics, elemental analysis and spectral studies.Keywords

In the present study, the solvent-solute, solvent-ion, solvent-solute (L) and solute (ion) and solute (L)-solute (ion) interactions were investigated by ultrasonic velocity and density measurements at 301K at 0.01 molar concentration in 70% dioxane-water as solvent. The main goal of this study was to find the effects of nuclear charge, ionic size, ionic ratio, ionization potential, tendency of metal ions to form π bond etc. of different metal ions with ligand [L=l-H-3-(2-hydroxy-3,4-benzophenyl)-5-phenyl-2-pyrazoline in solute-solute interaction and also on solvent in solvent-solute interaction and to note the changes in the acoustic properties like βs, Φv, Lf, RA, and Z. This study explores the effects of various metal ions in solute (L)~solvent (ion) interaction and solvent-solute interaction.- Apparent Molar Compressibility and Specific Acoustic Impedance of α-Bromoacetophenones and Coumaran-3-Ones in Ethanol and Dioxane Solvents

Ultrasonic velocity and density measurement of 2-hydroxy-3-substituted-5-methyl-bromoqcetophenones and 2-(4'-H/chloro)benzylidene-5-methyl-7-substituted coumaran-3-ones were carried out in ethanol and dioxane respectively for solute-solvent, solute-solute interactions. These interactions were also performed with Cu(II) and Fe(III) metal ions at 303.15 K. The data obtained during the study is used for determining the most significant acoustic parameters like apparent molar compressibility (ΦK) and specific acoustic impedance (Z). These parameters explore solute-solute and solute-solvent interactions in different solvents. In this investigation, the comparative study of effect of solvents, effect of metal ions and effect of substituents in the solute are studied on molecular interaction of the matter.Keywords

A novel method has been developed for the synthesis of 2-(3-substitutedamino-2,4-dithiobiuretoformamidino-4-isobutoxyphenyl)-4-methyl-5-carboxy-1,3-thiazoles by the reaction of 2-(3-substitutedthioamidoformamidino-4-isobutoxyphenyl)-4-methyl-5-carboxy-1,3-thiazoles with substituted isothiocyanate in 60% ethanol-acetone. The method provides rapid and easy access to compounds in good yields by using 60% ethanol-acetone medium.Keywords
